1. Hypospadias
What It Is: A condition where the opening of the urethra is located on the underside of the penis instead of at the tip.
Why It Matters: Hypospadias can affect urination and future sexual function. It often requires surgical correction before circumcision.
2. Buried Penis
What It Is: A condition where the penis is hidden below the surface of the skin, often due to excess fat or abnormal skin attachment.

3. Bilateral Hydrocele
